We are Tile Up Tile Down Ltd a company registered in England (company reg number 15307498), we retail tiles, panels and associated products. Our registered address / showroom is: Unit 1, 3 Saville Street West, North Shields, NE29 6QU.

STOCK / DELIVERY:

-Items in stock can be collected same day.

-Out of Stock Items usually come with an estimated time of 7 days as long as the stock is held in the UK, if the item is not currently in the UK then this can take considerably longer therefore we always recommend contacting us for estimated times.

-External pallet deliveries and our own van deliveries are kerbside only, once a delivery date has been agreed, you must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and to help offload where required. If we are unable to make the delivery there will be a redelivery charge of up to £50.

-For late delivery or incorrect orders we will not entertain financial demands from the customer, your chosen tiler or workman is recommended to be booked in after you have received and checked your order thoroughly and are satisfied with it.

RETURNS:

-You may return unused goods within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection providing that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The goods are in original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re sale.

  • Bespoke & Sold as Seen Items are not included

-When goods are returned the risk and cost of returning the goods shall be at the buyers cost.

-We will examine the goods on return and once deemed to be in a resaleable condition a refund will be provided. Unless otherwise notified by the company the price of the goods will be refunded less any restocking, delivery and/or any collection charges. Restocking charges are 25% of the total price of the goods.

-Original delivery charges will not be refunded. We aim to process all refunds within 7-14 working days of the return.

DAMAGED GOODS:

-Goods must be checked for damage immediately, you have 72 hours once delivery / pick up has been made, after this period we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged goods.
